Our story started almost 7 years ago. I was friends with one of Jared's sister’s friend and I went to a singles ward activity with my friend and Jared’s little sister. That is when we first saw each other. It wasn’t until Sunday night that Jared called and asked if I wanted to go to the singles ward Valentine's dinner. After that dinner I knew I liked him and he was someone I could spend the rest of my life with. That night he took me out to the wind caves and here I was in high heals and dress clothes climbing in this dark cold cave. We got in the wind cave and he had everything ready for a fire. (I was a little scared I am not going to lie!! ) I remember saying to my self, "What am I doing here with this person I just met in this dark cave by myself!" After that evening I knew I liked him and he was someone I could spend the rest of my life with. He took me back to my car and asked if he could see me again. We saw each other every night after that. :) Jared and I were engaged 3 weeks later and married 2 ½ months later. I guess when you know it’s right, you know it’s right!
Jared and I were sealed on November 20, 2010 in the Logan Utah temple. We can’t wait to take a child with us to the temple to be sealed to them and start a new chapter in our life!
